Approved Document B (Fire Safety)
Relevant British Standards (including BS 476 and/or BS EN 1634, where applicable)
Compliance applies only when Products are installed and maintained correctly. We are not responsible for compliance failures resulting from incorrect installation, alteration, or use.
4. Testing & Certification
Certain Proudman Fire products are currently undergoing testing, technical assessment and development.

8. Returns
Custom-made, modified or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Standard stock items may be returned subject to prior agreement and provided they are:

undamaged
in original condition
The purchaser is responsible for return costs unless otherwise agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability

compatibility issues outside tested or assessed configurations
Our total liability relating to any product supplied shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
